The Panama Amazing Oil non Oil by The Inglorious Mariner is a light oil based on chamomile, arnica, silk, birch and jojoba oil that does not leave an oily film on the hair. The oil can be used on both wet and dry hair and provides volume, protects from the elements and from drying out. The oil can be used to create a natural or more defined effect.

How to use:
